Rick Brandenburg brings nearly eight years of facilities and asset management experience to his role as Director of Facilities at Village Crossing.

"I’ve always enjoyed helping people and being there for others when they need support," he says. "Working in Senior Living feels like a great fit for me because I genuinely enjoy caring for seniors and making a positive difference in their daily lives." Before working here, Rick served in the US Army and worked in industries from sign fabrication to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, kayaking the Monocacy River, making pottery, or cooking outdoors. He even taught himself to juggle to entertain his children when they were young.
