Michaila Sprites, ALM, CDP, Executive Director
Living in the neighborhood, Michaila had the privilege of watching Village Crossing take shape from the beginning. “I knew it was a community I wanted to be part of,” she says. “It has been one of my greatest honors to serve on the leadership team that helped build Village Crossing from the ground up.”
The transition to Solera Senior Living further energized Michaila. “The strong commitment to culture, dedication to providing unsurpassed hospitality to residents, families, and team members, and their belief that hard work is recognized and rewarded with meaningful growth and new experiences.”
Michaila’s previous experience at Village Crossing included serving as Move-In Coordinator, Resident Services Coordinator, Memory Care Director, and Senior Memory Care Director. Now as Executive Director, she feels honored to be able to support every department and every team member and “empower them to make our community a warm home for our residents and families.”
All of Solera’s core values—communication, creativity, commitment, compassion—resonate strongly with her. “I truly believe that a thriving community requires all four core values to be a priority for all team members to provide the best experience for all.”
Michaila received a Bachelor of Human Services of Mount St. Mary’s University and has a decade of senior living experience, including leadership in assisted living, memory care, life enrichment, business office/HR, and talent development. She is married and has two dogs, Jax and Tank. When she’s not on the job, Michaila loves to binge-watch a good show and go to concerts.
