With more than 25 years experience in commercial property maintenance, Marc Smith is well suited to his role as Building Engineer at Village Crossing where he will ensure a well-maintained, safe environment for residents and guests. He began his career working in environmental remediation projects in Delaware and Pennsylvania and continued as an environmental scientist in New Mexico. Marc later operated and managed a variety of commercial properties, including an inn and spa.
